Services:

All of our Programs accept referrals from outside sources including CPS, FCS, and
Criminal Court, as well as self referrals. All of our services are provided by licensed,
master level clinicians. Payments for services are due at time of service, Please see fee
schedule.
Domestic Violence:

Our state certified Domestic Violence Perpetrator Intervention program is offered in
accordance with WAC 388.60. which regulates a minimum of 26 weekly sessions
followed by 6 monthly sessions and requires participants to demonstrate a mastery of
the program materials in order to pass.

In order to enroll in this program a client must first receive an intake assessment which
requires two visits to the office. The first visit includes the completion of all paperwork

Pre Intake: Clients are expected to bring in court orders and information including the
case number, criminal charges, and where the report must be sent. A letter will be
created at this session for the monitoring agency stating that the client has applied to
services and when their next appointment is scheduled. This session may last anywhere
from half an hour to over an hour.

Intake: This is a two hour, one on one session, with a counselor. A complete client
history will be taken. This session will only be scheduled after completion of the Pre
Intake (see above) session.

Anger Management:
Anger Management is a class that teaches people to manage their anger in a way which
is not abusive, controlling, or used to attain power over other people. (Anger
Management will not be provided for cases involving intimate partner violence).
This class is held every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. This course satisfies both
level I and level II courses. The class addresses communication skills, stress
reduction, conflict management, awareness of the impact of anger on others and on our
health. It is on a rolling admission and if a topic is missed it will need to be made up in
the following session.
Anger Management applications do require a copy of one's court order and must be
submitted enough in advance of the week that one wishes to start to allow for contact
and confirmation with the court or monitoring agency.

Family Court Services Evaluations:

Family Court Services Evaluations are available on a limited basis, please contact our
office for current openings. These evaluations are extensive and are billed on an hourly
basis, therefore the more prepared one is entering into this process the less staff time it
will take and hence the less cost to the client. In order to initiate this evaluation the

Individual counseling is available when assessed as appropriate and can address issues
relevant to our programs or any other mental health concern.

Skills for Non-Punitive Discipline consists of 12 consecutive week classes. Classes are
held on Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The Curriculum used is provided by
Family Service of King County. Please call for more information on this service.
